Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risk of potential damage to plants due to shipping. Lucid Greens will not be responsible once the plant is in the hands of the carrier. We pack our plants snugly for their journey to reach you healthy and dreamy. Please contact us if you have questions about your plant, or need information on how to care for it.
We are happy to hear from you if the plant is considerably damaged or dead upon arrival. Please take a video of your unboxing and get in touch. The video will need to include cutting the box open to be considered for review.
