Shipping policy

Orders will be processed 1-7 business days from the date of order and will ship out Mondays or Tuesdays.  Exceptions to this happen, plants are a living product and unpredictable things can happen and include any problem that arises with your plant from time of purchase to shipping date in which we will contact you directly to make other arrangements or cancel your order. 
Shipping discounts may be available for your area - message or email to discuss options. We will ship plants bare root to help with shipping costs by request only. We understand prices for shipping are ever increasing. 
If you are purchasing more than one plant and need a discount or shipping bundle, please message, or email! 
In cold weather heat packs are included. 
Free delivery is available in certain areas of the Okanagan, or for a small fee depending on location. This can be determined by going through the checkout process to see if your area is eligible for hand delivery. If you’re unsure, please get in touch.
